Phrozen Chroma Kit – intelligent multi-colour FDM printing system with drying function The Phrozen Chroma Kit is an advanced AMS (Automatic Material System) for FDM printers Designed for users looking for creative, multi-colour prints and safe filament storage. It allows up to four different filaments to be fed to the print head simultaneously, cutting colour change time in half compared to traditional 4-in-1 systems. It also acts as an airtight storage and drying unit, removing moisture from filaments by heating them to 70°C, which improves flow, layer adhesion and surface smoothness, even during long prints. The system comes with six pre-programmed drying profiles for materials such as PLA, PETG, PET, and ASA, and also supports self-drying (but not printing) of ABS and PA. When a filament runs out, the system automatically switches to the next set, ensuring continuous printing. Integrated sensors monitor the material level and notify you when it needs to be replaced to avoid failure. Thanks to integration with Klipper firmware and the PIXUP FDM slicer, it is possible to remotely monitor the print status and control the module’s operation.
