Description 1 x Canopy Internal Frame Rhino-Rack Commercial Roof Rack (1 internal support frame and 1 bar) Canopy arched sub frame, stools and cross bar. Made to suit most type of canopies, load rated to 80kgs on sealed and approx 60kgs on unsealed roads. This internal frame is structural steel tubing, rolled and supplied as a DIY kit for most canopies . Black p/coated steel frame within the canopy. All alloy components above the canopy. All subframe tubing is adjustable in width and height. Black cross bar provided as 1250mm Rhino Commercial Bar. “Click here” – more information on Dynamic vs Static load ratings, and ratings for roof top tents. No floor space lost, as the frame is only within the area of the canopy. Does not interfer with uteliners or pull out draws, as it is supported at the top of the ute bin, (at the base of the canopy).  Loosen bolts and canopy can be removed with sub frame and cross bar attached. The external top posts are 50mm tall and the cross bar is 35mm in height, making the canopy bar approx 85mm. To level this bar with preinstalled cab bars, spacers can be provided where extra leveling is required. Spacers can be installed on the canopy posts or can be provided for some Rhino branded roof racks that are fitted to the driving cab. These frames are suitable for most canopies, and require some alterations where there are double skinned canopies and where internal linings are installed, please contact our friendly staff for more info. Wider cross bars at 1375 and 1500mm can be provided at an extra cost. The alloy stools above the canopy, support many different cross section bar profiles.  The stools can be positioned on the canopies to suit rib spacing and desired front to back positioning on the canopy. If you have a Thule aero or Thule wing bar we can match the profiles. Please specify when ordering. Can provide second bar if required at front edge of canopy. Will fit ARB Ascent, ARB Classic and ARB Classic Plus canopies.
