Book 3 of the Merlin Fairy Series tells the story of Síofra the teacher and her apprentices holding a Fairy Gala in the woods. When the other fairies arrive, they all look and sound so different to what the Merlin Fairies are used to. This takes our Naoise and Willow by surprise and make them quite unsure of themselves.It is when they start to work together to complete the challenges set out by Síofra that they find ways of overlooking their differences and developing friendships.They end up working so well together that the King of the Fairies does something that has never happened in over 100 years of Fairy Galas.The magic is palpable in this story and brings a lot of joy to children. It is also a fun story to tell in a storytelling session.
