An extra-long knife made especially for Asado BBQ’s or Brazilian styled screwed meats. The hand-honed stainless steel knife blade is full tang with a convex edge blade with ‘drop point’ tip. The blade width at the bolster is approximately 1.5”. The handle measures 4.75” with beautiful inlaid regional hardwoods, genuine deer antler, solid brass spacers as well as a solid brass bolster and butt. The knife measures, in total length, 33cm -12.9” Crafted with perfect balance for use by either the right- or left-handed user.
