Revopoint Trackit optical 3D scanner Metrological precision, full mobility and intelligent real-time object tracking – Revopoint Trackit is a comprehensive 3D scanning system that combines an optical scanner with an accuracy of 0.02 mm with an advanced space tracking tracker. It is designed for engineers, CAD designers, quality control specialists and industrial companies. Trackit provides fast, stable and repeatable scanning of both small components and large objects – without the need for markers. The integrated automatic calibration system, intelligent gimbals and dedicated Revo Trackit software ensure high accuracy and convenience in a variety of measurement environments. Accuracy without compromise Revopoint Trackit offers measurement precision of 0.02 mm and a point distance of up to 0.05 mm, allowing even the smallest surface details to be captured. Measurements are performed by a set of depth cameras supported by blue lasers (30 lines and 1 single line), which ensure high accuracy and measurement stability. The obtained data can be exported in popular formats such as PLY, OBJ, STL, ASC, 3MF, GLTF and FBX, allowing for further use in design and engineering software. Speed and smoothness of operation  The system achieves a scanning speed of up to 1,500,000 points per second, allowing for efficient digitisation of the object. Thanks to intelligent tracking of the scanner’s movement in space, you can work smoothly – without markers and without the need to maintain a perfectly steady position. Track Scan mode allows you to record the position and angle of the scanner in real time, ensuring accurate point cloud merging even with dynamic movements. Automatic calibration The Revopoint Trackit optical 3D scanner eliminates complicated configuration by using two gimbals with automatic calibration (Dual-Axis Gimbal System). The tracker and scanner automatically adjust their position relative to each other, ensuring consistent geometry of the measurement system. The calibration process can be started directly in the software – the system automatically recognises calibration plates and synchronises camera parameters. Ready to work in any situation Both the scanner and tracker are made of lightweight yet durable materials – a carbon fibre frame and polycarbonate housing ensure resistance to mechanical damage and a long service life. The devices weigh 1.2 kg and 1.8 kg respectively, operate in a temperature range of 0 to 40°C and can be easily mounted on the included tripods. The entire set can be transported in dedicated wheeled cases, making it fully mobile and ready for use in a metrology laboratory, industrial environment or workshop. Versatile scanning modes Revopoint Trackit offers several operating modes tailored to different measurement scenarios. In Track Scan mode, scanning takes place in real time without markers, which works well for small and medium-sized objects. Multi-Position Scan allows large models, such as car body parts or machine parts, to be divided into sections and automatically combined into a single point cloud. For demanding surfaces, Marker Scan mode is available, using magnetic or adhesive markers to increase reading stability. Regardless of the mode selected, finished models can be saved in popular PLY, OBJ, STL, ASC, 3MF, GLTF or FBX formats and then used in CAD, CAM and 3D programmes. Advanced Revo Trackit software The Revo Trackit application is the centre for managing the entire scanning process. It allows you to automatically adjust the exposure of depth cameras and preview the distance and quality of the collected points. It also allows you to pause the scan, verify its progress and resume work at any time. The system automatically merges point clouds and generates a model mesh, which speeds up the preparation of the final file. Once the scan is complete, you can easily generate a 3D model, perform basic mesh processing, and export the data in the format of your choice. Professional applications Revopoint Trackit is designed for engineering, industrial and design applications. The system is ideal for quality control and metrology, enabling precise geometry analysis and shape mapping of components. It is also a valuable tool in reverse engineering, allowing the digitisation of components without technical documentation. It opens up a wide range of possibilities in prototyping and CAD design, facilitating the transfer of real objects to a digital environment. With support for objects ranging in size from 10 mm to 6 m, Revopoint Trackit can be used in industry, technical education and scientific research, offering high accuracy and flexibility. Equipment ready for more To take full advantage of the Revopoint Trackit system, we recommend a configuration that includes Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), a 12th generation Intel Core i9 processor or newer, 64 GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA RTX 4060 graphics card with 8 GB VRAM or higher. The device works exclusively with x86_64 architecture and requires a USB 3.0 or newer connection to ensure stable transmission and smooth data processing during scanning.
