It allows you to scan objects ranging in size from 10 × 10 × 10 mm to 1 × 1 × 1 m, combining precision with high detail. It offers five operating modes and a volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm 0.03 mm × L (m), and allows scanning in both handheld and stationary configurations. This ensures fast data acquisition, flexibility and repeatable results. Wide range of scanned objects MetroY Pro allows you to scan both very small technical elements (from 10 mm) and larger objects up to 1 m. This allows you to digitise small details, complex mechanical components, equipment parts and complex structures with a single device. All this makes the scanner suitable for a variety of industrial, prototyping and manufacturing projects. Advanced blue light scanning modes MetroY Pro uses 34 laser blue cross lines, 15 parallel lines, a single line and a 62-line full-field pattern. In addition, it supports several scanning modes. Cross-Lines works well for shiny and dark materials, Parallel-Lines is suitable for scanning fine details, and Single-Line accurately captures the geometry of deep holes and hard-to-reach areas using markers. A Full-field mode is also available, allowing you to quickly digitise complex objects. You can also use the device in combination with the included turntable to automatically scan models in a repeatable, smooth manner. Increased measurement precision and stability MetroY Pro provides volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm 0.03 mm × L (m), enabling stable and consistent data across the entire surface of the scanned object. This characteristic is particularly important in dimensional control, component design and geometry reconstruction processes, as well as in applications requiring maximum spatial mapping precision. Fast data acquisition The MetroY Pro model offers two speeds depending on the mode of operation – when scanning with multiple lines, the speed is up to 1,700,000 points per second, and in full-field mode it reaches 7,000,000 points per second. This allows you to quickly digitise even complex objects! Spray-free scanning on selected surfaces MetroY Pro allows you to scan selected dark and shiny surfaces without the need for spray. This means that many objects can be digitised without additional preparation steps. This solution significantly reduces working time and is ideal for professional applications. For more demanding surfaces, such as metallic, highly reflective or transparent ones, it is possible to use spray according to the instructions, which improves the quality of the reproduction. Convenient Wi-Fi 6 and USB-C connectivity The scanner offers two operating modes: wired and wireless. Wi-Fi 6 ensures fast data transfer and freedom during scanning, while the USB-C port provides a stable connection to a computer or mobile device. This makes the MetroY Pro suitable for a variety of tasks. Ergonomic and lightweight design The MetroY Pro weighs only about 450 g, so it does not cause fatigue even during longer scanning sessions. The ergonomic handle and intuitive button layout allow for comfortable operation and give you full control over the entire process.
